不锈钢折弯回弹：V 槽、R/t 与轧制方向怎么定
不锈钢回弹远大于碳钢，按碳钢参数折弯必然角度偏差。影响回弹的四个变量里，有两个在下单时就能定下来。
Springback in austenitic stainless steel is significantly larger than in carbon steel. Control it by: selecting V-die width ≈ 8–10×t, controlling R/t ratio, orienting the bend line relative to rolling direction, and compensating angle in tooling. For 304/316L with t≤3mm, typical overbend is 1–3°.
