ISO 10204 3.1 与 3.2 质保书：差的不只是一个字母
采购与质检最常混淆的两类质保书，差别在“谁出具、谁签字、谁担责”。
3.1 由制造厂授权检验代表签发，3.2 由制造厂与独立第三方共同签署。核验要点：1) 抬头与订单是否一致；2) 检验代表姓名与签章；3) 化学成分与力学性能是否对应炉批号；4) 第三方机构资质与认可范围。站内对照：/zh/knowledge/mtc-en10204-fields
